"The Shapers of Tomorrow program is amazing. It was by far the best school camp I’ve been on. All of the activities are connected to one another and sequenced so students learn about complex topics one layer at a time. It is incredibly well coordinated and the staff’s enthusiasm and passion are infectious. Taking the students away from their suburban lives and into the bush with no technology was a bit of a leap of faith. Many had spent little to no time out of built-up areas and some had never been on a school camp, but all of the students absolutely it. The things that had the most impact on them were the peaceful activities, like stargazing, meditating in the bush, yoga nidri, and the camp fire. Upon returning to school, many have remarked how they’re using their devices less, or have continued to practice meditation or mindfulness at home. Some are now eating healthier and making an effort to be more helpful at home or less impactful on the planet. It has also tightened the bond of our group. I highly recommend the Shapers of Tomorrow program to anybody who works with adolescents. They will love it. Thank you to all at Wild Mountains who contributed to our phenomenal five days."

"The program was immersive with a balance of intellectual learning session and hands on learning. Wild mountains gave us a wholeheartedly educational program that incorporated drama, games, dancing, 5 senses, reflection, and grounding activities. Through the variety of teaching methods, they taught us about the environment cycles of life and lead us on a journey to help us think about how we live and what we could do to look after the environment around us as an individual and as a group. They were fantastic with our students and their different learning abilities and showed great concern and care for each of them. Ultimately, we felt part of the family and some of our students commented they felt totally at home on camp. The leaders on camp were also checking in every day with the teachers and worked together with them to deliver this fantastic immersive environmental experience. We will definitely be doing our next camp there again."
