Bruce’s Shed
Bruce’s Shed was the first building on the Wild Mountains site, constructed as the starting point for living and working while the ideas and other structures for the Environmental Education Centre evolved. One of the founding families lived in this home for 10 years, their second son born here.
Made from recycled timber, Bruce’s Shed is quite unique and a favourite place to stay or enjoy time for creativity and quiet. It is renowned for its incredible sound quality for recording music and a fun space for intimate live music. It has a loft bedroom that can comfortably sleep a family or a number of volunteers, a lovely forest outlook and is close to the main hall and facilities.
